At Home Assisted Care is locally owned and operated by Jeff and Cindy Birnbaum, Manhattan natives.  Jeff and Cindy are passionate about serving seniors and those in need throughout the Northeast Kansas area.  They have devoted their nearly 30 year professional careers to senior care.

Our focus is to keep you or your loved ones at home, where their hearts are, and avoid loss of friends and possessions, loss of independence and freedom, and loss of spirit which is drained by the battles of daily living. Home is truly where the heart is and we realize a home can be in a private residence, an assisted living facility or other congregate living setting, and even a short stay in an acute hospital environment.
